Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautifulindustries in the world and be responsible for Evaluating, installing, configuring, maintaining and monitoring business applications within the NEW YORKER Group Analyze errors and rectify faults (2nd level support) Providing technical support, advice and assistance to users, primarily from the areas of finance, controlling and HR administration Planning, controlling and implementing application updates Carrying out application installations as part of planned projects and managing user rights Controlling services and documenting all application-relevant technical information WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the IT environment Confident handling of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and terminal services Knowledge of service management desirable Strong willingness to provide service Independent and analytical work as well as a high level of personal responsibility Good knowledge of German and English required Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect You don´t meet the requirements 100% but still want the job?
